Alaska Airlines Credit Card Offers 40,000 Mile Sign Up Bonus

As part of the Alaska Airlines credit card’s multitude of rewards program comes a bigger perk of 40,000 miles sign up bonus for cardholders. The airline claims that this card is the best travel cards out there, suited for frequent flyers and those who hardly fly on a plane.

According to Bank of America, the new credit card lets cardholders enjoy the privilege after spending a minimum of $2,000 on the first 90 days of account opening. The value of these 40,000 miles is $720, which can be converted to free flights not only to Alaska Airlines but also with its partner airlines like Cathay Pacific, British Airways, Emirates and American Airlines.

The business credit card has $75 annual fee and lets cardholders get 3x miles for every Alaska ticket purchases.

New commercial flights at Paine Field

Alaska also launches a new commercial flight at Paine Field, the nation’s newest commercial air terminal.

This new terminal will service residents of north Seattle with a full flight schedule of 18 daily nonstop departures to approximately eight west coast cities by mid-March.

“The opening of a brand-new commercial air terminal at Paine Filed is history in the making. We’re extremely proud to be a part of a growing, thriving Pacific Northwest and West Coast,” claimed Alaska Airline’s Chief Commercial Officer.

Alaska Airlines has more than 115 destinations, with 1,200 daily flights throughout the United States. With the new travel credit cards, cardholders can earn and redeem points to more than 900 destinations worldwide.
